Welcome to Xari Africa

20,000 +girls across sub-Saharan Africa now have access to SRHR services. That’s an entire stadium of girls who no longer have to use rags on their periods, die from unsafe abortions, or drop out of school due to unintended pregnancies.

Our Story

Our Programs

At Xari Africa, we take a holistic approach to SRHR, ensuring that women and girls receive the right knowledge, resources, and support at every stage of their journey. Our programs are designed to meet them at their point of need—whether it’s their first period, accessing essential reproductive health services, or advocating for policy change.

Our core initiatives

1. Educational Materials

Just Period It – A girl’s first guide to understanding menstruation. This program has empowered over 3,000 girls with knowledge about their menstrual cycles, breaking the silence and stigma surrounding periods.

2. The LearnToShare Fellowship

A leadership and advocacy program that mobilizes young changemakers across Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Liberia to drive localized SRHR interventions, ensuring sustainable impact in their communities.

3. Safe Spaces & School Tours

We create judgment-free environments where over 4,000 girls have been able to ask questions, learn about their bodies, and access vital reproductive health education—helping to shift harmful cultural norms.

4. Grassroots Outreach & Service Delivery

Through targeted community interventions, we have reached over 10,000 girls in underserved areas, providing sanitary care packages, contraceptives, and access to SRHR services that prevent school dropouts and health complications.

Think SRH Education, Think Xari Africa Academy

We empower you #LearntoShare

At Xari Africa, we believe that access to SRHR is not just about education—it’s about power, dignity, and the right to a future where no girl is left behind.
